What are the rates and available packages for adults?
The rate is COP 75,000 per 55-minute private lesson or COP 675,000 for a 10-lesson package (100% 1-on-1 and online). Lessons and packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. We accept Colombian transfers (Bancolombia, Davivienda, Nequi, Daviplata, Bre-B), PSE, and major credit cards.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or unannounced absences will be charged at the regular price.
Furthermore, if the student does not show up within 15 minutes without prior notice, the lesson will be marked as absent.
What equipment and internet connection do I need?
We recommend using a computer or laptop to make the most of interactive digital materials, collaborative docs, and the Student Dashboard. For an uninterrupted experience, a minimum internet connection is required: 5 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload.
I haven't practiced in years. Can I reactivate my English?
