Yes! To support consistent momentum and measurable fluency, we offer discounted 10-lesson packages:

• Teens (10 x 40-min lessons): COP 585,000 (save COP 65,000 · COP 58,500 / lesson)

Lessons and packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and give you total freedom to book or reschedule sessions with at least 12 hours notice.

Are there any registration or enrollment fees?

No. You only pay for your lessons. Student Dashboard access and materials are included at no extra cost.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or unannounced absences will be charged at the regular price.
Furthermore, if the student does not show up within 15 minutes without prior notice, the lesson will be marked as absent.

What equipment and internet connection do I need?

We recommend using a computer or laptop to make the most of interactive digital materials. For an uninterrupted experience, a minimum internet connection is required: 5 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload.
